How Credits Work

How Credits Per Ticket Depend on What You Send

Every downloaded or dispatched ticket starts with a 1-Credit base. Depending on delivery channels and group admissions, here is how credits apply:

1 Credit = ₹1.00 (+18% GST)
Single Channel 1 Credit

Delivering via Email OR WhatsApp (standard regions) costs only the base 1 credit per ticket.

Dual Channel +1 Credit

Dispatching to Both WhatsApp & Email simultaneously adds +1 credit (2 credits total per ticket).

Group Pass (Admit N) +1 per extra guest

If 1 QR pass admits multiple guests and scans per person, each guest after the first adds +1 credit.

International WhatsApp +1 Credit

Standard rates cover IN (+91), US/CA (+1), GH (+233), TZ (+255), IL (+972). Other regions add +1 credit.

For paid events hosted on Dbook, you don't need any credits upfront. Dbook charges a flat ₹12 platform fee plus 1.95% payment gateway fee per ticket sold. You can choose whether to absorb the fee or pass it on to the ticket buyer. Ticket revenue is deposited directly into your linked bank account.

Yes! Every organizer account includes full access to the Dbook Scanner mobile app to scan and verify QR codes at your venue gate with sub-second validation and duplicate alert protection. If you need extra staff scanning simultaneously on different devices, you can add scanner seats for 100 credits each.
