1. Purpose
This page outlines the promotional placement options available to event organizers in exchange for discounts on Dbook's service fees. The goal is to provide clear placement-based discounts while maintaining a simple and flexible process for both parties.
2. Discount Structure
The following discounts are offered based on the type and number of promotional placements provided by the Organizer:

3. Organizer Responsibilities
- Display Dbook branding in the agreed locations for the full duration of the event.
- Ensure placements are visible, unobstructed, and follow the branding guidelines provided.
- Provide photo or video evidence of the placements either prior to the event or during the event, upon request.
- Do not alter or modify the official Dbook logo or assets in any way.
4. Dbook Responsibilities
- Supply official logo files, placement guidelines, and recommended sizes/formats.
- Verify placements and apply the agreed discount to the Organizer's invoice once verification is complete.
- Use provided event imagery (with placements) for marketing purposes only with Organizer consent.
5. Eligibility & Verification
Discounts will be applied only after Dbook verifies that placements meet visibility and quality standards. If placements are not executed as agreed, Dbook reserves the right to modify or revoke the discount.
6. Cancellation & Changes
If the event is rescheduled or cancelled, placements and the corresponding discount will be reassessed and may be renegotiated by mutual consent.
7. Acceptance
By confirming participation in this promotional placement program, the Organizer agrees to the terms described above. Once placements are verified, Dbook will apply the agreed discount to the Organizer's billing for the event.
